With 8 mono inputs featuring award-winning MIDAS microphone preamplifiers and two electronically-balanced stereo line input channels, this mixer provides ample flexibility to manage small bands, worship teams, or even serve as a sub-mixer for instruments like keyboards or drums in larger-scale performances.
Dedicated Stereo Inputs with Balance Control
Channels 9/10 - 11/12 on the DM12 are dedicated stereo channels, ideal for handling stereo instruments such as keyboards. These channels can also accommodate mono signals thanks to a convenient balance control on each 2-channel grouping. Additionally, these stereo channels can serve as return inputs for signals sent to external effects processing equipment, adding to the mixer's versatility.
Sublimely Musical British EQ
Drawing inspiration from the iconic British consoles of the 1960s and '70s, the DM12 features a 2-band channel EQ based on that legendary circuitry. This EQ imparts signals with warmth and detailed musical character. The sweepable mid-frequency band allows for a broad tonal palette, providing precise control to fine-tune the ideal signal. Even when applied generously, the equalizers exhibit sweet forgiveness and superb audio quality.
Dual Aux Sends with Pre/Post Fader Switching
The DM12 is equipped with two aux sends that feature pre/post fader switching, adding a layer of versatility. Users can employ these aux sends for external effects processing, create custom monitor mixes, or use a combination of both.
