Free Shipping Eligibility:

• Orders exceeding AED 500 within city limits in the UAE qualify for free shipping.
• Free shipping is not applicable outside city limits.
• Free shipping to GCC countries is only to post office addresses. Customers must personally pick up and clear the shipment from the nearest post office. Customs & VAT may apply at the customer’s post office. Free shipping does not apply to bulky items such as Speakers and Carry Cases/Flightcases.
• DJ Corner is not responsible for Customs/VAT payment at the destination country.

Shipping Charges:

• Purchases below AED 500 within city limits in the UAE incur a shipping charge.
• Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside city limits.
• Orders below AED 500 from GCC countries will have a shipping charge, and a quote will be provided.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times:

• Local shipments within the UAE have a transit time of 2-5 working days.
• Standard GCC shipment transit time is 30-45 working days.
• Express GCC shipment transit time is 5-8 working days and is a paid service.

Payment for GCC:

• After selecting the preferred shipping method, an E-Invoice will be sent to customers through which they can pay online.

Customs Fee:

• Customs fee is NOT included in the shipping cost.
• For international orders, customers are required to pick up their packages at the nearest post office when they arrive.

Exchange & Returns Policy:

• Exchange and returns follow Article 5 of UAE Federal No 24 of 2006.
• The product must be in its original condition for returns or exchanges.
• Return or exchange must occur within 7 days of purchase.
• Orders made by Credit Card will only be refunded to the credit card and can take up to 2-3 weeks for processing.
• Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange: Softwares, DVS Systems with Softwares, DJ Controllers with Softwares that need to be registered for activation, Headphones, Damaged products, Used products, and Products returned after 7 days.

Same-Day Delivery – Terms & Conditions

• Order Cut-off Time
Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM to qualify for same-day delivery.
• Location Coverage
Same-day delivery is available only within Dubai city limits.
• Minimum Order Value
A minimum order value of AED 500 is required to qualify for same-day delivery.
• Eligible Products
Same-day delivery is applicable only to products listed under the “Same Day Delivery” category.
• Order Confirmation
Orders are processed for same-day delivery only after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Timing
Deliveries are typically completed between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM, depending on the delivery route and traffic conditions.
• Service Availability
Same-day delivery is subject to product availability and delivery slot availability.
• Delays
In rare cases such as traffic, weather conditions, or operational issues, delivery may be rescheduled to the next working day, and the customer will be informed accordingly.
• Customer Contact & Availability
Our team may contact you to confirm the delivery location and availability before dispatch. The delivery team may also attempt to reach you prior to arrival. If the customer does not respond to calls or messages from the delivery team, the delivery will be rescheduled to the next day or postponed accordingly.
