Experience pristine audio quality with minimal noise and coloration, thanks to the PreSonus Central Station PLUS's passive audio path, devoid of op-amps or ICs. This design ensures a transparent signal path, maintaining the integrity of your audio signals.
Flexible Source and Monitor Managemen
Effortlessly switch between multiple audio sources and monitor setups with the Central Station PLUS. It supports three stereo analog sources and one digital source via various inputs. Enjoy flexible monitoring with three sets of speaker outputs, each with Speaker Select switches and individual trim controls for precise calibration.
- Passive audio path – no op amps or ICs – for minimal noise and coloration
- Manage 3 stereo analog sources and 1 digital source, using 2 stereo pairs of balanced ¼-inch line-level inputs, 1 stereo pair of unbalanced RCA line-level inputs and 2 S/PDIF digital inputs (coax and optical, 24-bit/192 kHz)
- Switch between 3 sets of monitor speakers using 3 stereo pairs of balanced ¼-inch, line-level speaker outputs with

- 2 loud stereo ¼-inch headphone outputs with dual-function volume controls and Main/Cue input switches
- Onboard electret condenser talkback microphone, balanced XLR Talkback microphone input w/level control (feeds Headphone and Cue outputs) and footswitch jack for hands-free talkback operation
- Dual 30-segment, fast-acting, peak-hold LED metering (dBu and dBfs) with Clear Peak switch and calibration to match DAW or other audio device
- Included Central Station Remote (CSR-1) wired remote control
- 1U 19-inch rack-mountable, rugged steel chassis and external AC power supply
