Description

  • The Allen & Heath Qu-SB is an ultra-compact 18-in/14-out digital mixer designed for live performances and portable studio setups. Featuring 16 AnalogiQ recallable preamps and high-quality 24-bit converters, it delivers transparent, low-noise sound from input to output. Four stereo iLive FX engines provide professional reverb, delay, and modulation effects, while the integrated Qu-Drive USB recorder captures multitrack performances without a computer. Automatic Mic Mixer (AMM) manages multiple open microphones, reducing feedback and background noise for clear speech. With full USB interface compatibility, it supports recording, streaming, and DAW control, while the Qu-Pad app allows wireless mixing from anywhere in the venue. Built from rugged steel with fanless design, the Qu-SB ensures reliable, silent operation for touring bands, conferences, and live events.

Compact Mixing Anywhere

Qu-SB’s ultra-portable design allows you to mix from anywhere in the venue without being tied to a fixed console. It provides a smart, flexible solution for performing bands and artists while maintaining professional sound quality. Its compact form factor makes it easy to transport and set up quickly.

AnalogiQ Preamps

Sixteen AnalogiQ digitally controlled preamps deliver ultra-low noise and superb transparency from input to output, using zero-crossing detection and a padless 1 dB-step gain stage. This ensures clean, detailed audio with minimal distortion. The preamps are matched with 24-bit A/D and D/A converters for high-fidelity sound.

USB Recording & Streaming

Qu-SB features Qu-Drive, an integrated multitrack USB recorder for 18-channel 48kHz/24-bit recording and playback directly from USB drives or hard disks. The USB interface streams audio to Mac or PC, supporting all inputs, FX returns, and stereo mixes. It is compatible with major DAWs and enables effortless live streaming.

FX & Automatic Mic Mixing

Four stereo RackFX engines provide high-quality effects including classic reverbs, gated reverbs, delays, and modulators on dedicated return channels. The Automatic Mic Mixer (AMM) balances up to 16 microphones, reducing feedback and background noise. Together, they ensure polished live mixes with minimal manual intervention.
